If you are uncertain about which product to choose, our Adult Luxury Products Buying Guide can help you understand the main factors to consider before buying.

Does Adult Luxury Deliver Throughout South Africa?

Adult Luxury offers delivery options for customers throughout South Africa. Available services and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, stock availability, courier service and option selected at checkout.

Our delivery network includes access to more than 3,300 shops and collection points, offering an alternative for customers who prefer to collect their orders rather than receive them at home.

Overnight delivery is available for eligible destinations, while same-day collection may be available in selected locations.

For current service information, read our Shipping and Discreet Collection Guide.

We recommend checking the delivery estimate shown during checkout before placing an order, particularly when purchasing for a specific date or occasion.

Is Adult Luxury Packaging Discreet?

Privacy is an important consideration when purchasing adult products online. Adult Luxury aims to provide discreet packaging that does not unnecessarily reveal the contents of a parcel.

Customers who prefer additional privacy can explore available collection options and choose the service that best suits their circumstances.

Delivery arrangements and packaging practices should always be understood alongside the applicable store policies.

Read our Discreet Packaging and Privacy Guide for further information about privacy-conscious shopping and parcel delivery.

You can also review our Terms and Conditions for important information about orders, delivery and website use.

How Long Does Adult Luxury Delivery Take?

Delivery times vary according to the destination and service selected.

Overnight delivery may be available for qualifying orders and eligible destinations. Areas outside major centres may require additional transit time. Same-day collection depends on the collection location, stock availability and order processing.

Customers should check the estimated delivery date and available services at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, use the tracking information provided for updates where tracking is available.

For further information about collection and delivery arrangements, visit our Shipping and Discreet Collection Guide.

Does Adult Luxury Offer Free Shipping?

Yes. Adult Luxury advertises free shipping on qualifying orders over R650, subject to the current delivery terms and eligibility requirements.

This can make it convenient to purchase a main product alongside compatible accessories. However, we encourage customers to choose products based on genuine needs rather than spending more simply to qualify for free delivery.

The applicable shipping option, eligibility and charges should be confirmed in your checkout summary before payment.

For the latest delivery information, visit Adult Luxury.

What Payment Methods Can I Use?

Available payment methods may include supported card payments, electronic payment services, bank transfers and other options displayed at checkout.

Payment availability can change, so customers should consult the current checkout page for the methods supported for their order.

Always check the total amount payable and confirm that your order details are correct before submitting payment.

For information about the rules governing purchases, review the Adult Luxury Terms and Conditions.

How Can I Track My Adult Luxury Order?

After your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking details may be provided so you can follow its progress.

Check your order confirmation and dispatch communications for the relevant tracking information. If you cannot locate the details or need assistance, contact customer support through the website and provide your order reference where appropriate.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and unexpected courier or operational delays may occur.

For more information about delivery arrangements, consult the Shipping and Discreet Collection Guide.

What Is Adult Luxury’s Returns and Refunds Policy?

Returns and refunds depend on the applicable store policy, product type, condition, order circumstances and relevant consumer protection requirements.

Before returning an item, review the current returns instructions and contact customer support if you need clarification. Do not send an item back without following the required procedure.

Intimate products may have specific hygiene-related restrictions, so customers should check the applicable policy before purchasing and before opening or using an item.

For the most accurate guidance, consult the returns information available through the official Adult Luxury website.

How Do I Choose the Right Adult Product?

The right product depends on your preferences, experience level, intended use and budget. There is no single option that suits every adult.

Before purchasing, consider:

• Intended use: Identify the type of product you are looking for.
• Materials: Review the manufacturer’s material information and compatibility guidance.
• Size and design: Check dimensions and product features.
• Controls and functions: Compare available settings and operating methods.
• Cleaning and maintenance: Follow the supplied care instructions.
• Budget: Choose an option that offers the features you value without overspending.
