If you make a purchase from Adult Luxury, we will ship your package from our nearby warehouse or nearest store. We offer local delivery services to any location.

You can choose to collect your order on the same day, opt for speedy overnight delivery, or have it shipped directly to your door for free.

These options are available at the checkout stage. Rest assured, our parcels are extremely discreet so that nobody can figure out its contents or origin.

Discreet Wrapping:

Parcels: The Luxury items are covered in plain bags or boxes inside regular courier packaging. No one will suspect the content. There isn’t anything on the box to indicate where the package is from. We know privacy is important to you, so we make sure above is done discreetly.

Waybill: Super discreet. Anyone looking at it will not know where your parcel is from. We use an alias name as Sender so if anyone else signs for your parcel they won’t see where it’s from.

Bank Account: Your credit card is charged in the name of our parent company: Online Shopping Or a direct bank transfer can be done to our sister company’s account.

Bottom line: Don’t worry about us delivering to your home or business. You could even get your boss / secretary / colleague to sign for the box – they will never know what’s inside!

Who will deliver my parcel?

What times do they deliver:
Our designated couriers will transport your items on business days between the hours of 8am and 5pm. In the case of emergency orders on weekends, you have the option to arrange for a courier to pick up or deliver your items.

To ensure same-day dispatch, overnight orders must be made before 12:00 midday. Our overnight delivery service covers all main centers, but if you are outside of these areas, your delivery may take slightly longer, usually no more than two to three working days.

If you require your parcel to be delivered at a specific time, please get in touch with the courier company that we have selected and they will make arrangements accordingly.

Once your order is processed, we will provide you with a link containing all the necessary details of the courier company responsible for delivering your luxury items. If any changes need to be made to the delivery address or time, simply use your tracking number and contact them directly.

As soon as we dispatch your items, we send you a tracking nr with a link to selected delivery options you have chosen with their direct details to track your order and communicate with them directly. You can also lock back into your order at any time on our website to view above.
