Welcome To : Adult Luxury Ethics Policy
At Adult Luxury, we believe that trust is the foundation of every relationship, especially when it involves adult wellness and sexual health.
Our Adult Luxury Ethics Policy outlines the core values and professional standards that guide our operations as South Africa’s premier online sex shop.
1. Integrity and Honesty
We are committed to providing honest, unbiased information about premium adult toys and wellness products. Whether we are reviewing luxury vibrators or penis pumps, our content is designed to educate and empower our customers, never to mislead.
We disclose all relevant information regarding product safety, materials, and usage to ensure our community can shop with confidence.
2. Respect and Inclusivity
The world of intimate wellness is diverse, and so are we. Adult Luxury fosters an environment of radical inclusivity.
We respect all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures. Our South African adult store is a safe space for everyone to explore their desires without judgment or shame.
3. Privacy and Discretion
We understand the sensitive nature of our industry. Our corporate standard is to prioritize discreet sex toy delivery and data protection.
We never share customer information with third parties and ensure that every package arriving at your door is 100% unbranded, maintaining your absolute privacy.
4. Quality and Safety Standards
We only stock quality adult products that meet international safety standards. Our ethics policy prohibits the sale of items made from porous or harmful materials.
We prioritize body-safe silicone and medical-grade materials to protect the health and well-being of our customers across South Africa.
5. Professional Responsibility
Our team, including our expert sexologists, operates with the highest level of professional responsibility.
We provide evidence-based sexual health advice and continuously update our knowledge to remain the #1 trusted adult wellness boutique in the country.
By adhering to these ethical standards, Adult Luxury continues to lead the industry in transparency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Ethical Marketing and Transparent Promotions
We believe that promotions should help customers understand available value without misleading them or creating unnecessary pressure.
Adult Luxury promotes selected daily flash deals, savings opportunities and VIP rewards. Promotional messaging may feature discounts of up to 65% on selected products, as advertised for the relevant campaign. Actual discounts, product eligibility, prices and availability can change.
Customers can visit our Daily Flash Deals page to review current offers and our New Arrivals page to discover recently listed products.
Our ethical marketing approach aims to:
- Present prices and discounts clearly.
- Avoid implying that a promotional offer applies to every product.
- Encourage customers to check product specifications before purchasing.
- Explain relevant promotional conditions.
- Respect a customer’s right to decline an offer or leave without making a purchase.
- Avoid unsupported health, performance or relationship claims.
We also encourage customers to compare products carefully rather than choosing solely because an offer is time-limited.
A responsible purchase is one that fits your preferences and budget. Savings can be useful, but they should not replace thoughtful consideration of suitability, quality information and care requirements.
Responsible Adult Luxury Product Guides
Our product guides are designed to help adults navigate a broad selection of intimate wellness products. They explain different categories, highlight factors to consider and provide a starting point for further research.
A helpful guide should answer practical questions, acknowledge differences between products and make it easier to identify the information that matters to a particular customer.
Beginner-Friendly Product Education
If you are new to intimate wellness products, start with a straightforward category and consider your comfort level, preferred features and budget.
Our Sex Toys for Her collection provides a starting point for exploring different designs. Customers interested in male wellness can browse Sex Toys for Him.
For broader shopping guidance, our Adult Luxury Products Buying Guide explains common purchasing considerations and helps customers understand the differences between product types.
The purpose of beginner education is to make the process more approachable, not to encourage unnecessary spending.
Vibrators and Personal Pleasure Products
Vibrators are available in many shapes, sizes and operating styles. Depending on the product, features may include multiple intensity settings, different stimulation patterns, rechargeable batteries, remote controls or specialised designs.
Customers should compare the features that matter to them and read the manufacturer’s instructions before use.
Explore Magic Wand Massagers or discover the Suction Vibrators collection to compare different product categories.
The most appropriate option depends on individual preferences, product specifications and comfort. Popularity alone cannot determine whether a product will be right for you.
Couples’ Products and Shared Experiences
Couples may wish to explore products together as part of a shared experience. Communication, mutual consent and respect for boundaries should remain central to any decision involving intimate products.
Our Couples Sex Toys collection provides options for adults who want to compare products intended for shared use.
Discussing preferences, comfort levels, budgets and expectations can help partners decide whether a particular product is suitable for them. Neither partner should feel obligated to use or purchase something they do not want.
Male Wellness Products
Male wellness products include several distinct categories, each with different designs and intended uses. Customers may wish to compare masturbators, sleeves, rings, pumps and other accessories.
Our Penis Pumps category and Male Product Collection provide starting points for product research.
Read the manufacturer’s instructions carefully, particularly for products involving suction, pressure or constriction. Follow recommended usage limits and stop if pain, numbness, bruising or other concerning symptoms occur. Seek medical advice when appropriate.
Product purchases should be guided by reliable information rather than unrealistic promises about anatomy, performance or health outcomes.
Anal Products, Bondage and Specialised Accessories
Specialised products require particular attention to intended use, compatibility, cleaning and safety instructions.
Customers exploring anal products can begin with our Anal Toys and Butt Plugs collection and the Anal Toys and Butt Plugs Guide.
For bondage and fetish accessories, visit our Bondage, BDSM and Fetish collection and Bondage and Fetish Guide.
Consent, communication, appropriate preparation and an understanding of the equipment are essential. Customers should follow the instructions supplied with each product and avoid unsafe modifications or uses outside its intended purpose.
Lingerie and Personal Style
Intimate apparel is another way adults can explore personal style and self-expression. Comfort, fit, fabric, care requirements and individual preferences should all influence the choice.
Our Lingerie Style and Fit Guide offers additional guidance for customers comparing styles and considering fit.
We believe lingerie should be selected for the wearer, not according to pressure from another person or an unrealistic expectation of appearance.
Why Shop at Adult Luxury?
Adult Luxury aims to combine product variety, discreet shopping, convenient fulfilment and educational resources in one South African shopping destination.
Our commitment is to make it easier for adults to discover products, compare available options and find the information needed to make confident decisions.

Customers can explore a broad range of intimate wellness products, including vibrators, dildos, couples’ products, male wellness accessories, lubricants, lingerie and specialised accessories.
Our Best-Selling Sex Toys page can help shoppers discover popular choices, while our Popular Choices collection provides another route into the catalogue.
Popular products can be a useful starting point, but we encourage customers to compare specifications and suitability before making a decision.
Convenient Nationwide Collection and Delivery
Adult Luxury promotes access to more than 3,300 shops and collection points across South Africa, alongside delivery options designed to make ordering convenient.
Same-day collection and overnight delivery may be available depending on location, stock and fulfilment conditions. Customers should check the options presented at checkout for their specific order.
Our Delivery and Discretion Policy provides further information about available fulfilment services.
Free Shipping on Qualifying Orders
Customers can enjoy free shipping on qualifying orders over R650, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
This can make it convenient to combine compatible products or purchase accessories alongside a main item. However, customers should only add products they genuinely want or need to meet a delivery threshold.
Please review the current checkout information before completing an order, as eligibility and delivery conditions may apply.
Daily Flash Deals and Exclusive Savings
Our daily flash deals provide opportunities to save on selected adult products. Depending on the active promotion, advertised discounts can reach up to 65% on eligible items.
Visit Adult Luxury Daily Deals to see the offers currently available.
We encourage responsible shopping: compare the price, product details and intended use rather than allowing a discount alone to determine your decision.
VIP Loyalty Points and Customer Rewards
Adult Luxury offers a loyalty rewards experience designed to recognise participating customers. Eligible purchases and other qualifying activities may provide opportunities to earn points or access selected benefits.
Customers can learn more about the applicable programme conditions through our Rewards and Points Terms and Conditions.
We encourage customers to understand how points are earned, any redemption requirements and the terms attached to specific promotions.
Joining a loyalty programme should provide optional value. Customers should remain free to shop according to their needs without feeling pressured to spend more than they intended.
Educational Resources and Helpful Support
A good shopping experience includes access to information. Customers can browse our Adult Luxury Products Buying Guide to understand important product considerations before exploring individual collections.
Our About Adult Luxury page provides further information about the brand, its product range and its shopping experience.
For answers about orders, delivery, product selection and other common questions, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
Customer Service, Feedback and Accountability
Ethical business practices require more than publishing a policy. They also require listening to customers, responding to concerns and reviewing information when something needs improvement.
Adult Luxury encourages customers to raise questions about product descriptions, order fulfilment, promotions, privacy or other aspects of the shopping experience.
Where appropriate, customer feedback can help identify unclear information, improve website content and highlight areas requiring further attention.
We aim to communicate respectfully and provide information that helps customers understand the options available to them. If a customer identifies an apparent factual error in our published material, the concern should be reviewed and corrected where necessary.
Our Adult Luxury Correction Policy explains our approach to editorial accuracy and corrections.
Customers should consult the applicable Returns and Refunds Policy for information about returns, refunds and relevant conditions.
Clear policies help establish expectations and give customers a better understanding of the steps available when they need assistance.
Our Commitment to Continuous Improvement
Customer expectations, product ranges and online shopping practices continue to evolve. Adult Luxury recognises the importance of reviewing its policies and content to keep information relevant, useful and clear.
We aim to improve the customer experience by paying attention to feedback, reviewing product information, making important policies accessible and ensuring that promotional content communicates its conditions responsibly.
Our ethical commitments should inform the entire shopping journey, from the first product search to checkout, delivery, product care and after-sales support.
We also recognise that a policy is most useful when customers can understand it. For that reason, we aim to communicate our standards in straightforward language and make related resources easy to find.
The Adult Luxury Ethics Policy serves as a central reference point for these principles. Customers can also review our Terms and Conditions for additional information governing website use and purchases.
